Maazou Elhadji Issa has 15 years of experience in consulting, audit and management control, acquired in Africa, France, and Canada.

Before joining Fiduxis in 2011, as Audit and Consulting Manager, he held the position of Management Control Manager at ONA Holding Group, the leading industrial and financial group in Morocco, after a first experience in audit and consulting at Russell Bedford and TAIB AISS in the same country. He also worked as an IFRS expert with the Chair and the company Ivanhoe Cambridge in Canada.

As Director, he is responsible for the Management Consulting, Advice to the administrative and financial departments and Services for SMEs. In this context, he performed several missions of structuring and organisational engineering, implementation of procedures and internal control mechanisms for large accounts and for Guinean SMEs.

Maazou holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences & an MBA from the University Paris Dauphine.

    Maazou Elhadji Issa possède 15 années d’expérience en conseil, audit et contrôle de gestion, acquise en Afrique, en France et au Canada.

    ​Avant de rejoindre Fiduxis en 2011, en qualité de Manager Audit et Conseil, il a occupé les fonctions de Responsable Contrôle de Gestion du Groupe ONA Holding, premier groupe industriel et financier au Maroc après une première expérience en audit et conseil au sein de Rusell Bedford et TAIB AISS dans le même pays. ​Il a également travaillé comme expert IFRS auprès de la Chaire et la société Ivanhoé Cambridge au Canada.

    En tant que Directeur Conseil, il est en charge des pôles Management consulting, Conseil aux directions administratives et financières et Services aux PME. Dans ce cadre, il a effectué plusieurs missions de structuration et d’ingénierie organisationnelle, de mise en place de procédures et de dispositifs de contrôle interne de grands comptes et de PME guinéennes.​

    Maazou est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion & d’un MBA de l’Université Paris Dauphine.
