Ousmane Barry joined Fiduxis in September 2021 in the position of Consulting Director. He is in charge of the Operational Consulting division which includes quality management, operational excellence, industrial maintenance management, logistics flow optimisation and project management.

Ousmane has 15 years of experience in quality management and performance improvement.

Before joining Fiduxis in 2021, he was a quality control engineer for 13 years at Capgemini Engineering, Alten and Polymont, where he worked with large French industrial groups including Stellantis-Peugeot, Fiat, Chrysler, Opel, DS-; Renault, and Valeo-Siemens. He therefore has proven expertise in the qualification of industrial process and of quality assurance, process, client, and supplier projects. He is also a Trainer in project development and quality tools.

Ousmane holds a Master’s degree in Control, Instrumentation and Systems Management from the University of Orléans and a Master’s 2 in Mechanics and Systems Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris 6.

    Ousmane Barry a rejoint Fiduxis en septembre 2021 en qualité de directeur Consulting. Il est en charge du pôle Conseil opérationnel qui comprend le management de la qualité, l’excellence opérationnelle, la gestion de la maintenance industrielle, l’optimisation des flux logistiques et le pilotage de projets.

    Ousmane possède 15 années d’expérience dans le management de la qualité et l’amélioration de la performance.
    Avant de rejoindre Fiduxis en 2021, il a été consultant ingénieur qualité pendant 13 ans chez Capgemini Engineering, Alten et Polymont où il est intervenu auprès de grands groupes industriels français parmi lesquels figurent Stellantis -Peugeot, Fiat, Chrysler, Opel, DS- ; Renault; Valeo-siemens. Il dispose ainsi d’une expertise avérée dans la qualification de process industriel et d’assurance qualité projets, process, client, fournisseur. Il est par ailleurs Formateur en montage de projets et aux outils qualité.

    Ousmane Barry est titulaire d’un Master 2 en Contrôle, Instrumentation et Management des Systèmes de l’Université d’Orléans et d’un Master 2 en Mécanique et Ingénierie des Systèmes de l’Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris 6.
