Alhassane Bah is Managing Partner and runs the Audit and Financial Advisory divisions of Fiduxis.

Alhassane has 20 years’ experience acquired with an audit and advisory firm and in investment funds. Before returning to Guinea and founding Fiduxis in 2011, Alhassane was Financial Controller for three years at XAnge Private Equity, a major player in risk capital in France. Previously, he worked for seven years in various French audit and chartered accountant companies (Aplitec, In Extenso…), where he rose through the ranks from assistant to manager.

Since 2011, in his position of Managing Partner, Alhassane has taken on the roles of signatory or consulting statutory auditor of several large Guinean accounts operating notably in the mining, banking, telecommunications, industrial, and hotel sectors, as well as financial institutions.

He also supports local businesses in their structuring and development. He has therefore conducted several capacity-building programmes for local SMEs, notably in collaboration with international financial backers.

Alhassane holds a Chartered Accountant degree from France and is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Guinea.
