Conakry, September 28, 2023 — Fiduxis, a leading audit and consulting firm in Guinea, is pleased to announce today the promotion, as partners, of Ousmane Barry, Managing Director of Fiduxis Consulting and Mariama Ciré Traoré, Managing Director of Fiduxis Tax & Legal.
Mr. Ousmane Barry joined Fiduxis in September 2021 as Consulting Director. He brings to the table a wealth of experience encompassing 15 years in quality management and performance improvement. Prior to joining Fiduxis in 2021, Mr. Barry served as a specialist consultant in the qualification of industrial
processes and quality management (projects, processes, clients, and suppliers) within prominent French companies. Mr. Barry holds a Master’s degree in Control, Instrumentation, and
Systems Management from the University of Orléans, along with another Master’s degree in Mechanical and Systems Engineering from Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris 6. He is also a certified trainer in Quality Management and Performance Optimization and an IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Ms. Mariama Ciré Traoré, on the other hand, joined Fiduxis in September 2022 in the capacity of Director of Legal and Tax Affairs. Her illustrious career in legal and fiscal consultancy spans an impressive 16 years and has been punctuated by her adeptness in orchestrating high-value missions, including the legal and fiscal structuring of investment projects, meticulous due diligence in acquisition endeavors, and expert support in the realm of fiscal and customs negotiations concerning mining and infrastructure agreements, as well as public-private partnerships. Ms. Traoré holds a Bachelor’s degree (Maîtrise) in Business Law from Panthéon Sorbonne University (Paris I), along with a Professional Master’s degree (DESS) in Tax Law from René Descartes University (Paris V).
The promotion of Mr. Barry and Ms. Traoré significantly enriches the service portfolio of the firm, tailored for both private and public sector clientele. These two distinguished individuals now join the ranks of Fiduxis’ existing triumvirate of partners:
