Kadidjatou Bah has been Director of the Human Capital division at Fiduxis since 2019. She helps companies that place people at the heart of value creation.
Kadidjatou has worked for fifteen years in human resources management in multinational companies in France and Guinea.
In France, where she started her career, she developed expertise in the international recruitment of specialised profiles as a consultant for the firm AfricSearch, as well as within Bolloré Africa Logistics for all its businesses and subsidiaries.
In Guinea, as Director of Human Resources of Vivo Energy Guinée, member of the Management Committee, for six years, she became familiar with the role of HR Manager as a strategic partner, and contributed to the growth of a business renowned for its high standards.
Kadidjatou has a Master’s in Management and Development of Human Resources and a Master’s in Personnel Administration from Institut de Gestion Sociale (IGS) in Paris.
